I see red flags when a person fasts for weight loss.
What is your experience?
I really get a red flag about so many of us
attempting to fast for weightoss.
Dr. Jensen used to talk a lot about how you can tear
a house down in a minute with a fire, but it takes
a long time to build a new foundation.
I personally have never gotten too far when I
have fasted for long periods of time to improve my health.
I am too emotionally sensitive to keep from
doing greater harm to myself when feelings come up.
One of my worst experiences with fasting--
and that was on juices--was breaking the fast wrong.

Well, in the progress toward getting on top
on my record keeping rather than have my record
keeping be a leak in my energy,
I am setting up a new notebook for each bank account.
I spend about 2 1/2 hours this morrning paying
some bills to one person that were outstanding
for a couple months, and then worked with the quicken
to get the bank downloads, now working, in sync
with the account in Quicken.
In the back of my mind is the thought that if I really
did all this detail work, I would be giving my whole life

This is a rewrite I just did of one of them.
Hospitals handle flesh and blood.
In them nurses roam
late barefoot
easing pain.

I was sharing in my mind with you tonight.
Sitting in Silence
Went to the Farmers’ Market
and saw a friend and invited her home to eat
fsome soup that was waiting to be eaten.
The squash was mellow cooked iinterwhined with some
giving fowl with large bones. Before we ate, We sat for any hour
in the dark meditating to music and not saying a word.
Then I asked if she would honor me with wearing a sarong on her head,
