to get me through an uncomfortable place
as i Come Home,
Oh My Soul Remember me!
Help me take the piece work
I am and make Peace Work out of me!
Come into me Oh Precious Soul
as I long at times to come into a Woman.
Be Me. Be my Friend, Oh Soul,
Or Sacred Eternal Friend that comes and goes.
I Light a Candle to you.
Take me through these Fears
of Isolation through showing me
what Spirals Up and Up
from allowing myself to go Down
and Down into the Heart of Darkness.

a Poem written in 1987
asks to be seen again.
”Like a child quieted
is my Soul.”
Psalms 131
The moon is full.
Drama is falling out of the world.
”Her” has risen.
She surrounds me everywhere I turn.
The same messages
pour through every mouth.
The same messages repeats itself.
Confirming,
urging me to go outside in the silent air
and remember vows.
In Her room she prays.
She no longer wishes to be absorbed
in Her High drama, let alone the drama
of any men in her life. She writes.
She composes.
She would rather be alone
with the four walls,
absorbed in her creativity.

with chronic diarrhea. It all started
with kidney weakness--issues of

the Jewish Day of Atonement.
I normally spend this time with my B’nai Horin Community
at Brandeis Bardin Retreat Center in the Simi Valley./
They had a fire there and the regular place we worship,
called the House of the Book, is safe, but all the Olive
Trees and wonderful outdoor ambiance is burned.

Just came home from Thich Nhat Hanh
Peace March.
I have never met this man before or taken time to hear him speak.
I had not planted the Holy Barley seeds that I wanted to plant
and I had the holy water, the Holy Water
from ZamZam with me,
and so this was one more opportunity.
I did have that vision during the night,
and saw Thich Hnat Hahn
watering the seeds.
I did not do the March,
but stayed mainly around the stage area
while they walked.
As the walk started, after instructions,
I was standing to the side
semi blessing folks and holding the Holy Zamzam water.
Rev Michael Bechwith of Agape saw me and said hello.
He looked cute and different in jeans.
I stayed back. I did my own ritual. I did do the mindful walk
in route to the bathroom but then I came back to the stage.
I spent some time putting my shofar and holy water on the stage like
a little Altar and watering the Barley seeds in the energy of lovingkindness
that was very present.
Breathing in ”I have arrived”; Breathing out ”I am home.”
Breathing in ”In the here”; Breathing out ”In the now.”
Breathing in ”I am solid”; Breathing out ”I am free.”
Breathing in ”In the ultimate”’ Breathing out ”I dwell.”
with every step.
Please don’t ask me how I did this.

What will I get the deepest growth
