I really recommend this CD

I am using it now to regroup my energy

the yearning for most

I know a Rabbi--who is now

Katrina
Pulled up into the
parking spot at the bank
a tad too fast. A very black
man in a red shirt
who could have
been from New Orleans was
on the sidewalk in front of me.
He looked up a bit shocked
not sure if he was safe
or if I were trustworthy.
I said “Hello!”
but from a deep, deep
place wanted to say
I am so very, very sorry.

Love is a feeling.
More than a feeling
love is a way of Whole Being.
Love is The Big ONE.
Love is the fabric that holds
our lives together.
An economy that takes more than it gives.
A break in a Levee.
A earthquake waiting to happen.
A Mother weary beyond her means
with little extra to share.
A Child left alone
who grows up to gang up on others.
All these are natural disasters.

I agree, we have to
STOP some things
such as GE FOODS,
but the ultimate success
will come from the GOOD
we do in harmony with
Mother Earth.

The California Legistors go out o session as of the 15th and so
nothing will likely be happening until January regarding the attempting
deregarding of local democracy in California/ and the bill to preempt
local counties for preventing GMO foods.
The Legislature will take this up again in January.
I feel a proactive campaign to education our legislators in
Sacramento is needed. I would like to see healthy foods in
the Cafeteria...based on idea of better foods, better thinking.

feeling llike a squirrel inside my feelings.
Just interviewed a man named Alex
who is a grad student in Sociology.
He has been in San Diego for two weeks
from Portland. He says he will be studying a lot
if he moves in.
He wants to move in with his girlfriend
who he has had for two years.
I would hardly consider two people in the room
unless under special conditions.
It turns out she is in the food program right now
at the Tree of Life in Patagonia. I taught an
Essene workshop with Gabriel out here a couple
years ago, so there is a connect.
