Back from a Jewish Renewal service.
Spent some time reading an article on the

I am discouaged about how hard it is
making the changes here...
Got one good email from someone who
said she feel in love with her snese of the place.

We are running out of hot water.
We have a 40 gallon water heater.
it is causing upset.
We have a plumber friend who has been
advising a bit. I left this to Chef Jem.
I want to write him.
I did a little research today.
How big a water heater do we need?
What would the cost be?

The Way home to the Garden here
for me now is to literally reestablish
Order. Worked for a few hours here
to come out of shock. I am feeling
oppressed by my inability to take
action RE: a Number of Housemates
that I am having difficulty working with.
I kick myself out of the Garden
in response to them.
Correct Action is needed.

Ajurvedic herbs I am taking...Some improvement due to
stopping eating of fruit.

Had a small bit of improvement
in my ongoing diarrhea condition.
It has been with me this round since before
the beginning of Fall.
I received Ayurvedic herbs this week
from NUVA YEETAH. He has moved to
Sedona. He is reachable over the phone
on Sunday and Monday, but will pick up
at other times.
He told me to increase my dosage of
PERMA GUARD DIATOMACEOUS EARTH.
That seems to be working.
The herbs he gave me also are working.
They are bitter in taste.
My body obviously wants this flavor,
rather than sweet.

Had a counseling session last night.
Inspired a nightmare about being under attack.
Looking at a list of overwhelming things that need
to be done. Where are my allies? What can I do first?

Discussed some of the issues I wrote about in

N has a very sensible way of looking.
Much appreciated in this moment.
I am putting some things in place
on the back porch.
N asks some good questions:
Is it worth doing? Is living were worth
the committment. Not worth it to live in resentment.
