Growing fish for food.
These are Talapia. BILL TALL of CITY FARMERS NURSERY
in San Diego teaches how to grow them as food. They are for
sale at the nursery. I bought some the other day and now they
are in our pond.

They are called Talapia.
BILL TALL of City Farmers Nursery
taught a class on them
at the CULTIVATING FOOD JUSTICE CONFERENCE.
The room was full.
Talapia. They are a fish.
You grow them in barrels, ponds, or aquariums
and then eat them as food.
These are babies.
They grow to weight a pound.
I need to check that.

Started the day cleaning up my desk and on the floor
with a wet microfibre. Important shift into the physical.

There is still a huge old computer
that came up from the basement cleanup
on the left side of my yellow desk.
I am not sure when I will get to that.
There are old files I want to take off
before I let that old computer go.
I had to look for the Lemon Oil,
the oil that I like to rub on my desk.
I found it, and I rubbed some on.
It has a nice uplifting fragrance.
I took about 30 minutes to clear
the business cards and old papers
that had collected.
I have not been focused on this level
of the journey.

Just shaving.
Looking at my skin condition.
Class tonight.
I miss the shaving cream I would use
years ago. It is a lotion for
regenerating the skin.
I would get it directly from
BILL RICH, who can sell MSM
to cows. By that, I mean he
can convince anyone of anything.
I would call him on the phone.
He would send the product out.
I would pay later.
He is a very trusting man.
I want more of this now.
Think I may be around a while.
Things looking up.
I would like the skin on my face
to stay young.
