Advil substitute--AminoActiv® 16 y
Advil substitute. I found a product called AminoActiv®
at the Natural Product Expo West on a day when I had
a headache. The headache went away.
I have a good feeling about this product.
Doing some more research on it.

I was in the hospital for an outpatient Kidney stone Procedure last Wednesday, June 25.
Yesterday the stent was removed, Monday, June 30, 2014.
I am happy to report that I was able to avoid using the prescribed Narcotic drug Hydrococodone. I used AminoActiv instead. There was some pain from the stent inside me, but I did not want the toxic side effects of the narcotic.

Three Special Holidays....
I would love to Give Each its due
in a Special Way in its own Time Frame.
Purim....a time when a person gets
so intoxicated with Life that they can’t tell Up from Down.
The EG Mobile side down opened wide as I was leaving
the FM tonight. Never happened before. I guess I did not
close it properly. Nothing appeared to be wrong with it.
I just did not close the door.
I’m home.
I’t’s cold outside.
The trash and recycling needs to go out.

The Kidney Stone pain I felt
ten days or so before the Natural Product Expo West
has not been bothering me.
Kidney Stone Disturbance came up yesterday
and today through contact with Dr. Danny Keiller M.D.
Dr Keiller is an expert on Kidney
Stones from the Western conventional Medical Point of View.
I went in to see him in his office yesterday.
He pointed out that the Catskan that Health Imaging
gave me a number of days after the initial pain
was the equivalent of 50 X rays.
It wasn’t sure how many X rays can cause cancer.

in spanish, culturally as well as literally. It reads,

Republishing an old friends work.
I do not intend to return to the hospital.
I realize I am trying to control the uncontrollable;
no one can predict what will happen or when or how.
I feel that I have done what I can to engineer
as comfortable an end as possible.
When I was in the hospital recently a nurse asked,
”How long have you been suffering from all of this?”
The question struck me. I answered that I try not to suffer at all.
That I try to experience whatever occurs with more interest
than resistance, with more ”ah ha” than ”oy vay”.
