Feeling weary.
Lots of ideas during the night.
Lots of opportunities last night
at Organic Center Fundraiser.
would like to follow up with Sara Snow today,
and visit friends in the organic rows.
Need to rest.
Body holding out,
but would have been better off if I did not
eat meat last night.
Too tired to record all the good.
The folks from O Organic had a good showing.
Met some of the Supermarket people bring organic food
in this setting. I was excited they were there.

It is 2:30 PM of the first day of the
Natural Product Expo West.
Today is the Fresh Ideas Tent Day.
I am thinking about Eckhart Tolle
and The New Earth.
At the NPEW I have the direct experience
of living in a different kind of world.
In Kabbalah we talk about living in four worlds at once.
I do conscious rituals and practices to enable
shifting into this connnected reality.
I know it is working here,
and it is working here for me today.
I got off to a late start this morning.

I wasn’t sure I would make it here
yesterday.
I am here.
Paris came too.
The drive was pretty flawless.
Picked up Nicole Nash’s Artstand
in North County.
Beat the traffic.
Got a good room.
Set up our kitchen.
Ate some steamed greens.
My computer glitched when it came time
to use the wireless. Spend about one hour
with Apple Tech. Finally gave up.
Paris was able to connect on his laptop,
but that machines has some problems.

Just got home.
It is the last glimmers of light
outside.
I went in for acupuncture.
I went to Aaron Brothers and picked up
a a few other size frames for the Sunflower Image.
I bought some of the wires that go with hanging the
largers frames. I stopped in a Target. I got an extra
Energizer battery charger to ease my nerves about this.
I replaced the old batteries earlier in the year. It was
like they all went down at one time, and the chargers.
Strange.
I generally have the OTA get me new batteries each year,

Woke in in a nightmare.

Food and Farm Crisis in So Cal.
The Water issue is hurting local farmers.

I would like to do more about this.
Some legislative action is needed.
I do not know what else will work.
I have talked to three of my favorite farmers
in the last two weeks about this.
It is a crisis.
Farmers in San Diego are being told to
cut back their water use by 30%.
This is mandatory.
There are fines and severe outcomes
for anyone who breaks this decree.
Local, organic farmers in San Diego
are being deeply affected.
Some were already cutting back last year
of their own volition.
Now the meter readers have stepped in.

Attempted to go from
dead to alive on Saturday.
Came home feeling exhausted from a few errands.
I felt lousy. Maybe I hadn’t had enough water to drink.
I felt I needed a kick start.
I went for higher protein, a can o salmon
from WFM. It wasn’t a good choice.
I was just three days off fasting on juices.
I had a miserable night.
I started to get low back pain Saturday eve.
I was on Red Alert.
I could not afford a set back like this,
when I have such a conference this week.
