Why am I hurting now?
Just made some juice.
Been working all day.
Wrote last night.
There are some things I need to say to Twin Soul/Best Friend.
Not heard from her all week.
I am spending much of my time
on the computer.
There is a disconnect between the life I am living on line

I saw a program the other night,
some kind of info commercial maybe.
I was watching while crawling into bed
and jumping around taking off some of my outer layers.
Winter is cold here at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community.
We do not have any central heating.
If we were back in the Essene Days,
we would likely be doing special meditative practices
described by one of my ancient teachers
that taught us how to control the body temperature

JM,
I did not want to respond to your email while tired.
I was up from 5 AM yesterday.
Yesterday was a god day.
I left the stress of doing Record Keeping
for the ten days or so...with a break in between
that was intensely emotionally stressful
to take a short trip that further exacerbated and triggered
core emotional feelings.
I am grateful that I have been able to have two outside helpers
do some gardening this week.
We planted the Job’s Tears on Monday, a very special
youthful helper into raw foods mainly who has been year before.

I like this water filter.
One problem:
Hot water through it ruins the cartridges.
I am going ot have to find a way to have only cold water go through this.

Lots of fragility at the House Meeting tonight.
My Quicken wouldn’t let me print stuff before the meeting.
Lots of other stuff going on.
then H came home.
She was in the parking lot at WFM watching the Lunar Eclipse.
I did not know this was a lunar eclipse
on a Full Moon!!!!
No wonder....so much fragility.
Looking up this Lunar Esclipse.
Lots of things escaping me these days.
I feel the energy, then learn later what has been going on.

It is raining now.
I have had some concerns that the
Mother Hummingbird has not been
on the nest.
There are two babies in it.
They are growing very fast.
They seem to be pushing the edges out
when they move. They are growing feathers.
I am feeling some scared feelings,
a bit unnerved.
I got into an unnecessary communication,
and add on that caused stress to a dear housemate
who was already in stress. I had said enough.
IT was my own stuff. No need to say everything now.
I could have been more sensitive.
