This is a week--and a time of the next 48 hours
when I really have to be conscious of what I have to do
in a balanced way. A major transformation is
called for. I have to think of doing less.

I do not know if it is Daylight Savings Time
everywhere in the US of A.
I am down to no matching socks
in a week when Friday night
I would like to feel good
and have enough good energy
to fulfill duties as a Photographer
at the Organic Center Fund Raiser
at the Marriott Hotel Anaheim.
Yesterday, I pulled into the Farmers’ Market
about 45 minutes before closing,
after spending five hours or more getting
some completes with bill paying, rent deposit tally,

I just got up from a nap.
I was sitting down to address your email about
trip plans all all this came out.
Bottomline, I would like to commit to have you in the little room
and having join in community with you for the next period of time.
We can work out the details as far as timing.
THere is also an potential opportunity to have to helpers
here for part of March and April that I want to explore.

Miserable night.
Really nightmarish.
Attempted to switch energy yesterday
from taking care of myself to starting to prep
for NPEW. Plan is to drive up to Anaheim on Wednesday.
Very heavy head. Borderline headachy.
Went out to do some against the clock activities yesterday.
My body was not ready for this switch.
Came home wanting to do more, but I did not have
the strength. Very hungry.
What to eat????
Confused.
Went for the higher protein,
Salmon in a can from WFM.
Wrong choice.

Feeling tired, but
pushing.
Likely not keeping enough fluids.
I have difficulty following inspiration
and health concerns at the same time.
This is not a good plan.
My simple goal:
Get to the Natural Product Expo West
in good shape, and be in good shape for
Friday night, when I will be doing photography.
Digital images I took will also be in a Video
with some imput from Sara Snow.
She has a show on the Discovery Channel.

I was feeling sad.
I have not seen Hummingbird
since the morning the last babe left the nest.
That was the day the Tree Trimmers came.
The havoc and noise was tremendous.
Did someone, something, something in
Hummingbird tell them not to be here?
Did something tell the last babe to leave
the nest before the chipper
with loud sound was set up less than
five feet away from Orange Tree

I’m working on some record keeping
in a bit. Want to get the deposit of rents
in the bank before I turn my attention
to prepping for the Natural Product Expo West.

Day did not go as expected.

Will I carry that with me to Anaheim?

I did burn a disk and get it over to Fromex.

I came home very tired.
Maybe not enough to drink today.
I ate salmon from a can bought at Whole Foods Market.
Some streamed greens made already and some raw lettuce.

Kidney Stone Pain:
A week ago Thursday.
Severe in morning.
Stopped eating.
Pain eased.
Lots of pressure to go to ER.
Pain eased. Got coaching from

Went on apple juice.
Maltic Acid (is that the name for it?)

I drank about three gallons in four days.

with Sanda and Brian Everette last night.
Sanda has a beautiful Heart & Soul.
Brian is her mate.
Brian planted the Rose Apple Tree in

This is the Year to Go for Our Deepest and Biggest Dreams.

Just walked around the house

I hear a bird making a sound.
Maybe they do not like me turning on the lights so early.

Been working on these
Quicken Reports all day.
Major energetic hangups
I can attribute in part to
my own energy states
of anxiey and upset.
The Gas Company
is putting in new Upgraded Meters.
Our own water system in the front
has concerned me for weeks.
It is not functioning.

Something escaped this morning.
It shocked me.
I did not know it was there.
It had a life of its own.
It was the accumulation of all the fear
all the anxiety I had breathed into LIfe
and now it had no relation to anything

I have been in overwhelm.
Uncomfortable and very challenging things

Got a mouthful of Ayurvedic herbs pills
mixed with fresh celery in my mouth.
I am masticating and swishing them into
a watery state.
Took about an hour at least to get
going this morning after getting out of bed.
Took a shower. Felt good in the eurphoria
of Arnica Montana 30 C; That works for me for pain.
I would like to feel this good without it.
