We (you) should learn to test any spirit which comes into your life!
The necessity of trying (or testing) a spirit is to determine the truth or deception behind the voice or manifestation of such! The Spirits operating in the Kingdom of God; include but are not limited to:
- Christ,
- The actual voice of God,
- Angels,
- and the Holy Spirit of God.

The Holy Spirit is a part of the Holy Trinity with the Father and Son. In the Old Testament the Hebrew word (ruwach, pronounced roo’-akh) was used when talking about the Spirit. This word literally means WIND, even the wind associated with a BREATHE! In the New Testament the Greek word (pneuma, pronounced pnyoo’-mah) was used which means the BREATHE or a BREEZE! We can literally think of the Holy Spirit as the ”Breath of God!”

During my navy years, the first ship I served on was DE679 USS Furse, a Destroyer Escort; all 300ft 1400tons of her. We were stationed out of Key West, FL. and traveled over 10,000 nautical miles putting to sea over 150 times. Fought Shipboard fires at sea, picked up stranded people at sea, helped a US Navy Sub recover after a near fatal accident at sea, spent time in a floating Dry dock; spent much of our time at sea training many Fleet Sonar Students ASW from around the world!
The DE was said to be ”Trim but Deadly” and was classified as a major combat vessel. There were few tasks DEs could not perform. They engaged shore batteries, suicide manned torpedoes and suicide speed boats. They guarded minesweepers while they performed their dangerous tasks. They even delivered personal mail to other fleet units, a highly important morale function.

In the middle east, most of the Islamic countries blame all their problems on Israel? Israel appears to be doing much better than most of their neighbors, so you would think they might just pay attention as to how to improve! Like voting, and a free society, and less government control, plus some religious tolerance!
