Why do so many people feel that everything in their life is lost?
Traveling on my pathway of life; I have come to realize many things... Some are just part of our everyday personal existence while others are part of the great Eternity to come! what we all need to know and unitize is the difference between the things of the here and now and those of eternal existance...

What is all this Green stuff any way?
Being from the old school where finding the Truth was our goal; Carbon was one of the basic elements... It was found in organic materials like plants and animals... Now in the present pretend {it may be true} world of political correctness; it has become something to be feared and eliminated, like the pleague... HUH! How times have changed!

Why is it that some people seem to have to adjust the truth to suit their ideas of right or wrong??
Even in Dixie we know what one hundred per cent {100%} means; but alas I just found out that for some it is different... It seems you can answer most things with Math plus some people have too much free time on their hands... See what you think??

A neighbor lady stopped by yesterday to comment on a yard display my dear wife had put out to show some fall color... As we chatted, several items of general interest came up... Espically the observed actons of some relatives and neighbors...
The observations were just value judgments, but where the conversation became part of the focal point of life, is when she ask this question...

Next I spent two Christmas periods over seas, when I served in the US Navy (1961 to 67) so I understand how lonely it can be... We would like to let the troops, in the field know that; even though you are away, we are looking out for your families back home...

The rendition below is from a book by one of the foreign officers stationed on Zanzibar at that time, we met under these unusual cerconstances...
