shampoo: body shop (no sulfates)
moisturizer: aveeno (always from pump) or vaseline from tube, never tub.
vinegar worked to relieve my itching. popping vesicules (?)is bad.
mine took a year to heal. i dont know how i got it or why it subsided. my doctor said i i had dry skin. i pomplox (?) on my hands and discoid eczema all over my body. the itching was severe. lots of weeping sores which i thought was pus, but its not.

i think part of hte problems was poor cirulation. my legs, and back of upper arms are too cold. i think walking helps.

thank god its healing and that i am not young and out and about. at its worst point, pants, socks, even my favorite burberry boxers hurt.

showers were also painful.
