"AF" has the exact same symptoms as starvation/malnutrition and you yourself said your under-eating contributed to your health problems, so I'm puzzled why you are objecting.

A lot of people with EDs object to me always recommending to make sure people aren't under-eating and stressing to get sufficient amount of calories.

I also would like to know that if "AF" is where your adrenal gland get so exhausted and fatigued that they can't produce the necessary amounts of chemicals and hormones, why do most people with "AF" have high cortisol levels? How can fatigued adrenal glands produce HIGHER levels of chemicals? Tweet
