Awareness


Thoughts are but mere interference patterns over top of pure awareness. You are not your thoughts. They appear over top of what you really are at a deeper level.

We can hook into the thoughts and go for a ride with them, or we can just observe them and let them drift off. Over time we can retrain our brain to be a servant instead of a master.


There are many practices that help you with this. One such practice is the Sedona method.
