Days 13 & 14...In Cruise Control Everything is a bit automatic at this point. Things are progressing quite smoothly at this point and not really a whole lot to report. The half-teaspoon of cayenne I have been taking per drink continues to reap significant rewards. I am have large eliminations in the early morning with the help of the lax tea, and on average about eight more after the morning SWF. The majority of my post-SWF bowel movements are very mucousy and contain a lot of old gunk that is being dislodged from my intestines and colon. It still amazes me that after 14 days of not eating that I am still expelling this amount of gunk and toxins from my body. I stocked up on oranges today as I was able to get two five pound bags of navel oranges for four bucks. It seemed like a good deal and I suspect they will keep quite nicely in my second frig.
