It is day three and I'm feeling quite good.  I awoke this morning at 5 am as I have to work half of this week.  This in itself is a first as I have never gone to work while doing the cleanse.  Fortunately, it is only for Monday-Wednesday, and then I have 18 days off to completely focus on the restoration of my body.  The increased cayenne and the lax tea really kicked in last night at 3 am, as I was up twice, eliminating  some very noxious waste.  The early morning SWF helped to clear out even more toxins.  I am already feeling more alert and lighter in my step.  I have read that the second cleanse can have even more dramatic effects then the first.  We shall see.

The signals our bodies use to tell us we need to cleanse ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally are multifaceted and often mirror symptoms we associate with illness. If we heed these signs, we not only feel better quickly but also stave off poor health before it can start.  I have sensed for several weeks that this was in fact the case with my body and it was time to ground myself and regain my balance.  When our body, mind, and spirit are in balance, we experience good health. But sometimes we get caught up in life's parade of change and movement, and things get out of balance.   When we take the time to listen to our bodies we can learn how to restore our balance and improve our lives.
