Greetings...

Things are progressing quite smoothly at this point and not really a whole lot to report.  The half-teaspoon of cayenne I have been taking per drink continues to reap significant rewards.  I am have large eliminations in the early morning with the help of the lax tea, and on average about eight more after the morning SWF.   The majority of my post-SWF  bowel movements are very  mucousy and contain a lot of old gunk that is being dislodged from my intestines and colon.  It still amazes me that after 14 days of not eating that I am still expelling this amount of gunk and toxins from my body.  I stocked up on oranges today as I was able to get two five pound bags of navel oranges for four bucks.  It seemed like a good deal and I suspect they will keep quite nicely in my second frig.  Well, that's about it for now.  I'm on track for my current goal of 21 days so I'll see how it goes from here on out.
