Getting in touch with myself again

Sometimes life gives you new challenges

I am sitting here drinking a glass of wine with The Biggest Looser on tv behind me in the background. I love that show because it is so inspiring. Great people doing their best to make the most of themselves. I can't even believe how much progress they make in such a short period of time. I have 6 months to make a major transformation, myself. That same 20-30 pounds that I have been complaining about for months. I am obviously doing something wrong..... including drinking this glass of wine.

I have decided that I need help. I went to a new gym close to home which I was very impressed with. Very, Very impressed. I have seen many trainers interacting, at the gym I was going to, who just seem like they are in it for the flirting and socializing. The trainer I talked to last night is very serious about what he does. And seems to be very passionate about what he does. In general just got a good feeling.

My Mom has offered to pay for my training sessions. I am so excited. I feel like I will finally get the structure I really need to make the progress I need to make.

I think things will be getting better with this extra support and effort.
