I just undertook a 7 day water fast and ended up in hospital. I literally got out yesterday. Now i was smoking regularly during the fast. But the problem with this is that because there’s no food in your stomach, the amount of stomach acid increases because its not being used. Smoking also increases your acidic levels. I ended up puking for around 3 days. And this in turn made my esophagus bleed. Not good times. So be warey mixing smoke with fasts as it puts your body under further duress.   [End]

I used to water fast and ended up with adrenal fatigue and I am having a hard time loosing weight and I am always exhausted and I am under treatment for it. I fasted for 18 days and went to sauna in most days. I broke a little sweat to expel toxins but limited my time to around 10-15 minutes per time to prevent losing too much electolytes. Dispite that my blood potassium levels dropped to dangerously low levels during the fast.
