You sound exactly the same as my son 9 months ago. He had all your syptoms except for carcenoma and heart. He has same athletic background and eating habits ect.ect.ect. He went on the Atkins diet. He has dropped 65 pounds his blood pressure and cholesterol are now normal; no more acid reflux or diarrhea and his sleep patterns have improved an enormous amount.
