I have the same problems as you with not sleeping well and this has been for 10 years. I am hypothyroid and had Thyroid cancer and have no thyroid and on synthroid but also suffer from adrenal fatigue. I take a few drops of Lugols iodine, small amount of kelp, take Maca powder in a green drink and seems to help somewhat but still have those night of not really sleeping or sleeping for 3 or 4 hours and then wide awake. I find if you take Iodine or kelp in the evening it keeps me awake longer but in the morning or noon seems okay but still not a good nights sleep.
