I have adrenal fatigue and hypothyroid and am therefore always fatigued and sometimes unusually cold. The last couple of days I consumed the equivilant of 3 tbsp of kelp. I consumed the kelp w/ out soaking just ate it out of the bag. The first day I began to feel warmer and the second day even warmer w/ a little more energy. But last night I went to bed feeling tired but once I got in bed felt a little jumpy and half slept through the night. Now I really appreciated that warmth and extra energy but I need my sleep. Does anyone have suggestion or comments. Tried to look up excess kelp and insomnia and didn't find anything.
