Tasering Overkill

This is why I think tasering has gone toooo far and
needs to be re-evaluated. Every day you see someone
who is being tasered inappropriately. Last night I
watched a law officer taser a handcuffed woman, drunk,
crawling on her knees being tasered like 15 times...
it was caught on the dashboard cam. The LAW officer
said his taser malfunctioned. I think his brain mal-
functioned myself and that he did not have to keep
pointing at this woman who was going nowhere...
he acted (imho) like a thug who was getting pleasure
from what he was doing...
