This is my first time doing a legitimate fast. Ive tried to do it by myself before and ive never gotten past the first day, which is really disapointing and has lead to binge eating. So, for the past couple days i have been slowly reducing my food intake and eating fruit. Its about 2 am and i cant wait to really get going on this. Ive been looking at this forum for like 8 months now and im ready to join in on the sucess.
My scale ran out of batteries a couple of days ago and im not gonna change them bc i feel that i will do better if i only see the changes. Right now i am about 180 pounds and 5'6. What kind of result can i expect to get and how long should it take my goal is around 150 by nov 25. Im sticking to a Water Fast and then switching over to a juice. Do you guys have any advice that will help make my goal instead of breaking it? And most importantly what should i avoid doing at all costs.
Im also looking for a fasting buddy at this time too..
