another question - slightly off topic

Hi,
Besides Iodine supplementation which i am going to start soon. I know I am need of a parasite clease for sure. I have movements inside me that I know could be nothing else. I have an autoimmune disease that is probably linked to some type of parasite. Here's my question. I've seen that document on lyme disease that has a whole protocol of eradicating parasites. That seems so overwhelming to me. I mean first of all the KMT, what is that? I guess I'm feeling overwhelmed. I know eradicating parasites does not seem to be easy but looking for a place to start. I know this is off topic but you all seem so knowledgeable and helpful on this forum. thanks
