hello and thanks for responding again. no need to thank me for posting it has helped me a lot! i just wanted to show taht people with e.ds come from all types of people and situations not just the typical "i want to be skinny forever" cliche. it's so much more involved and indepth than that. i happen to have a lot of issues from obsessing with food, my body, exersizing, and all the above but at least i'm trying. thank you for understand that. please feel free to share anything about yoruself or situations or feelings you have we are all listening and we all love to hear about it and help if we can. this forum is just awesome.

oh and about your friend i wanted to just share with you that there is another e.d. and it is basically just a binging (compulsive eating) disorder. you can look it up i've read some stuff on it. it is actually the most common type of e.d and is actually more common than one would think. like other e.d.s binging alone usually results from deeper issues and food is usually a comfort or type of release. try googling it or looking it up on curezone


please dont be upset with me when i am going to write that the sheer fact that you are having issues with food, and are kind of obsessed (aren't we all =) and have purged before makes me nervous for you. most people with eating disorders will disregard it until its too late, and then acknowledge the fact that they have one once it's too late. if it helps keep posting but you need to talk to someone ... yes your very rational and capable but these are very serious issues and that is how most of us start. i also saw about how you control things by the way you eat and that is my main objective: control!!! i'm not tellig you all this to encourage you but to try and think very deeply about this. i do not want to see you in my situation. stay on your diet that is the best advice i can give i guess, and if anything become too difficult or stressfull talk about it to someone. i know you didn't ask for advice but you have so many of the same thoughts and actions as myself and i would like to help if i can
