Re: Question, here.
I don't know the answer to this question, in fact I often wonder about it myself.
I have a theory though. I have done quite a lot of cleansing and I believe that, first of all much of the mucoid plaque that comes out is from the small intestine where a colonoscopy camera can't reach, and secondly new mucoid plaque is in fact pretty tranparent, just a mucus coating on the bowel (invisible to a camera),and thirdly and most significantly maybe, I believe that the body dumps a lot of toxic debris into the colon when you start detoxing and cleansing. There are stories of people who got no plaque out there first 1 or 2 cleanses and then finally their body dumped a mother load on the third or fourth. The body has to be quite strong and prepared to let go of all that stuff, so maybe it is residing in other parts of the body in the mean time (as disease).
I know this doesn't really answer you satisfactorily, and I have the same questions, but getting a lot of this stuff out of my body has convinced me that no matter how it happens to get there, it is a life saving thing to get it out!
Peace
