At 1.5 tsp of salt everyday, you might be getting diarrhea. Although salt is essential, too much of salt can increase the work load of kidneys. you might be overwhelming your kidneys. So moderation is best.
You might want to try some high potency b-complex and Mag. supplements ( Mg-citrate/Mg-ascorbate/ MgCl etc but not MgO or Epsom Salts as they are poorly absorbed)
U said, you got some releif from Vitamin C ( Sodium Ascorbate). Is that not working anymore.
Another thing which you want to try is Oxygenation of the body using some food grade H2O2. Increase your oxygen levels and feel better. Have you tried it?
