I was in the same situation....I was the one who strayed.
When I told my boyfriend...despite the fact that it was me who cheated...he wouldn't give us space when we really needed it.
I loved him...yes we had our share of problems...they needed to be worked out and becasue we didn't take that time to think....we never resolved our issues...she needs to be able to trust you again...and the only way she will do that is by thinking on her own....if she truly loves you she will come back.,.if you are not meant to be....it will be for the best.
My boyfriend at the time never had the chance to fully forgive me because we stayed together immediately after....we broke up anyway.
