Re:Eat Right For Your Type helped me
You wouldn't believe this; but I've been spending $1000 every 6 months to have blood tests determine
food allergies I have. When I read this book, oddly the results of my tests were almost identical to this diet plan; with acceptions of a few I had been eating. I tried the plan for 1 week and lost 5
pounds and have maintained it! I'm on week 5 now and have lost a total of 7
pounds and holding. I'm so thrilled as nothing has helped me until now!
