The EatRight4YourType book has helped some people such
as myself figure out why just following the below
listed plan of eating whole organic perishable foods
doesn't work and still makes us sick. 3/4 of the
foods below make me very ill, even though they make
other people healthy. I, for one, am glad the book is
available. I really wish I could eat like the list
below, as it sounds great, but it is frustrating when
it doesn't work and a few of us have bodies that can't
handle certain food categories. The author's "leutin"
principles about some foods are quite interesting and
could be a viable reason about the disparity in
people's ability to handle foods.

This is a reply to # 9,846You wouldn't believe this; but I've been spending $1000 every 6 months to have blood tests determine food allergies I have. When I read this book, oddly the results of my tests were almost identical to this diet plan; with acceptions of a few I had been eating. I tried the plan for 1 week and lost 5 pounds and have maintained it! I'm on week 5 now and have lost a total of 7 pounds and holding. I'm so thrilled as nothing has helped me until now!

This is a reply to # 9,847The funny thing is that after I read this book, I realized that most of the food I loved as a child such as beef and beet greens/spinach etc. was beneficial to me and food I disliked was on the avoid list. All these years, I have strenously attempted to add those things to my diet that I disliked only to find that there was a reason I avoided them as a child. This is a reply to # 9,847I have found this ERFYBT diet has changed my life and health... all for the better. This man is a genius and far ahead of the new genetic research now going on regarding diet. The future of nutrition and the impact on health is now unraveling as is the genome of man. He is the first to directly relate diet to health. Failing health and disease and cancer take years to surface....and follwing of this diet can reverse these problamtic health states.
I have to laugh when 98% of all medications are taken orally and do have a direct impact on our health systems ...yet people still do not understand the direct impact of diet on their immune system and that it too will achieve like results,,positively and yes many that are negative if our of the ERFYBT diet.
i have been rresearching the cure for cancer off and on now for 10 years and in all my research of thousands of web sites inclusive of all the manipulation of the cells structures by pham companies.... all research returns to diet as the main cause of cancer and disease. Imporper diet allows the parasitic invasion of the body allowing of scrambling to the DNA of the cell structures and considered mutations....... in all disease states.
He is the first to supply you with the basis of understandings of what your blood type really means...pay attention and stay abreast of new discoveries regardings the expansion of his exisitng concepts......

And I would bet he learned this from somewhere/someone and so on... It is only recently in our history, perhaps the last few generations that we have forgotten this. If you are in your mid-40's to 50's and had a country raised parent, I bet they practiced food as medicine... mine did.
There is a reason that we MUST respect our elders... especially those that have knowledge that cannot afford to be lost.
