Hi,
I can't remember if I answered you last time but there are stats. We went to my home on vacation for 3 weeks after the cleanse and I ate pretty much what I wanted which wasn't so smart. Live and learn. I had just fit into my old, smaller jeans and was so happy and by the end of the vacation...they didn't fit! But I reckon in a week or so,I'll be back in them. Today is Day 3 and I've lost 3 pounds and today is my first SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) so hopefully, the loss will continue. Best wishes today and every day of your fast!
