I think You're right Johanna, I wouldn't deviate at first, but next I think I will try the no ES or maybe less ES.

If it works, that's awesome! Less ES, yeeha!
On the other hand, the apple/GF juice worked ok on the taste end. I could do without the time in the bathroom though!

Frankly I don't know if the OO (Olive-Oil) between 3&4 did anything...? but It seemed to. I had stones between 7am and all the way to 4pm, that's a long time for me. I may have more today (?) however I have really slowed down on the b-room trips so I will report if I do.

The berries and cream sound yummmy!
