went to neurologist today..advice?

Well I will make this short... I have been having weakness and pain in left arm and leg and face along with a host of other symptoms such as stuttering and mind fog, etc, my skin rashes came back worse as I am struggling with candida and numbness in random regions of body...went to neurologist today,he prescribed me to go get brain MRI, cervical mri, thoracic & lumbar mri, acetylcholine receptor antibody bloodwork, thyroid profile bloodwork and lipid profile, also must go see PCP for GI evaluation and 2 other test( I can not make out the writing on the script) next week I must return to the Neuro for EEG and 4 other test( again I can't read the script) he prescribed me 4 drugs, I wen tto the pharmacy and the pharmacist wants to wait until he can call the DR tomorrow because he is concerned the dosing is too high for me never having taken the drugs before....the girl in the Dr office actually told me "the pharmacist will explain the drugs and what they are for" She didnt/dr didn't tell me wha tthey are giving me for...

so the drugs are Klonopin .50 mg 3 x's a day
Topomax .50mg 3x's a day
Neurontin 600mg 3 X's a day
some other one the pharmacist couldnt read either

I am concerned after reading that these are all ant-epileptic drugs...he didn't even say anything about wha the thinks is wrong with me. I am a young woman in mid twenties.. My father died in his early 40s from cancer and complications with myasthenia gravis....

does anyone know about these drugs and what I should do? I HATE pharmaceuticals but this pain and these crazy symptoms are making my life very miserable and I have young children to care for. PLEASE HELP!
