thanks for your reply. i have 14 of them. i printed your instructions & will follow exactly what you did. it makes sense plus there is another health consulatnt who beilevs in htting it hard with threelacks 7 kill the balnk bank for good. the only thing that i am heistant to do is hydrogen peroxide. how importnat of a role does it have to your success? or is it ok if i dilute it,. i am just a little hesitant to the warning. also can you actaully eat a cake? or pastry? thanks
