Please never go thinking you are pathetic for saying what u feel deep inside! As u said so well it is a release everybody needs...what I would think silly is to feel like one most not show any weakness or emotions! That not blody human!

You are a BRAVE lady for going to the restaurant by yourself. not something I could face yet but I cant get enough (on my good days!) of sitting in cafes...its good to be around people without being too involved.

The hommus went quite well...better tasting then the commercial one! (canned chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic and olive oil...) the secret is in the texture I find, it has to be super smooth.

I must go to the doctor for now but Ill be back today...lots have been happening.
