Being a firm proponent of Water Fasting myself, I have my doubts about the objectivity of this information and also about Hazzard's conviction. Over the years, many alternative health practitioners have had to spend some time in prison. The fact that Hazzard was released after only two years, also doesn't seem to indicate that the evidence against her was all that strong.

And yes, it also has a chapter called "Death In The Fast", where she talks about some fasters that died and also tries to prove the difference between death by starvation and death by fasting (or rather "death while fasting").
