Just wanted to let you know how proud iam of you all doing so well on your fasts,keep up the good work guys!
I'm day five on my fast today and i have to say i have a whole lot more energy today than any of the previous days which is great.I cant tell you how motivated and inspired iam by all your posts. I think your all wonderful!
