I've stopped using Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) in my whole cooked foods but not sure in my canned goods.I don't think it's in the chili I eat but maybe in the soups.Which is sad because I love soup!I guess I should consider making my own for the time being.

In general,ANYTHING that screws up my electrolytes really throws me out of whack...the worst,so far- seems to be sodium in the form of processed foods and additives/ preservatives of any kind.
