Read this thread with great interest.

I also use castor oil, neem capsules, oregano capsules and also neem toothpaste which was free with my order of neem products.
In addition I also supplement on and off with fenugreek, fennel seed and Humanatea.

I have noticed a great improvement in my overall health and wellbeing since using Humanatea.

I have also noticed that I regularly pass what looks like mucoidal film.
Too thin to be plaque, but its definitely mucousal.

Is this the 'biofilm' you mention, I ask myself?

If so then hopefully I can look forward to sustaining improved health in future.
