Why no fish pills and what is your definition of concentrated O3's?

Ive got this oil blend over here called Perfect Balance. Used it abit couple of years ago internally. Here is the link. Could you check out if its quality stuff?

I think it is. They use closed packaging (you get the bottle in a paper/carton box) to prevent it from (sun)light.
