I wouldn't worry too much. Conventional wisdom in this forum is that the more stones you move, the lousier you'll feel. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids, especially water, to help flush out your system. Lots of posters also highly recommend enemas or colonics, but I haven't tried it.
I've only done 1 flush, but it was very productive; +/- 200 stones plus some parasites. It took me a day or two to get back on my feet. After recovering fully, I was doing some yard work and at one point had a surge of aggression/frustration like I hadn't had since I was 16; it sort of felt pretty good though/almost cathartic. I also came down with a real nasty summer cold three days later that took over two weeks to get rid of, but I'm hesitant to blame this on the flush - other people have had it. Another side effect was twitching in my right eye that I had never had before, but that's gradually subsided too.
Give it time and be strong; you'll pull through okay.
