frequency of liver flushes (3 in 4 weeks)

I did 3 liver flushes, spaced 2 weeks apart, so I did 3 flushes in 1 month.

Even though I didn't produce that many stones, I felt great after first 2 liver flushes. My third flush produced the most stones, but I feel like crap. Headaches, moodiness, some depression, and its been a week now.

Did i do too many flushes ? I will wait a few months before next flush.
