It is said by those who ought to know...DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CONTACT SPIRITS, FOOL AROUND WITH OUIJI BOARDS, OR TO 'CHANNEL' ANYONE.

The reason being, of course, that you may inadvertently give up control of yourself.

If you want to understand 'the other side', go to the most sensible and reasonable person you can find, for discussion on how to maintain your own balance and sound footing in reality.

Even then you may want to consult with several experts, to be certain you are safe from 'outside' influence.

As tempting as the 'spirit' world may be, do NOT go at it lightly, or in fun. Too many unaware people have been hurt, bothered, or saddened by opening themselves to things they don't understand.

Best not to, or to wait until you have researched the phenomenon thoroughly. Even then, experiment ONLY in the company of experts.
