Hi Just cruzin along myself. Mostly the warrior really helps simplify my day in as far as i just snack every few hours on a little fruit, nuts and/or veggies. I really have very little hunger, but do look heavily forward each day to the feasting time. Not disciplined at all in terms of what i eat after 4pm though. Been at it since march or so and no real energy increases, however as i say i'm not eating balanced and exercising very little so dont have all components in place...
