My headache left when I realized that I hadn't drank as many lemonades as normal at that point in time.

Then Deutor came and posted a real helpful message and made me realize that was more than likely the reason...and that I missed my walk this morning.

I will become a cleansing fool!! :-) (just a figure of speech!)
