My headache left when I realized that I hadn't drank as many lemonades as normal at that point in time.

Then Deutor came and posted a real helpful message and made me realize that was more than likely the reason...and that I missed my walk this morning.

I will become a cleansing fool!! :-) (just a figure of speech!)

:-) Thank You! I never had thought that my post might desrve a RRR+!! I just wanted to share what I thought explained the whys of the salt water flush. It made sense to me when I read it...

I tend to agree with you about continous daily flushing...I don't think that one should daily forever but to help with your cleanse, to help become regular...

I firmly believe that clean water is what is needed to keep kidneys healtly. I didn't know that beet root juice also was helpful for kidney...thanks...
