war

So as one person said, I end the conflict by allowing the enemy to be my friend.

Course enemyness is usually created because we arent quite mature enough in our understanding to know how to safely relate and interact with that one we have seen as enemy. In this case is the concentrated milk product the culprit or could it be our systems inability to deal with it .(Thyroid, small intestine and liver issues)
To agree to change anything in our lives to find comfort implies we have finally found a powerful motivation in discomfort. Pain the supreme motivator. Fight it and find the never ending war or use it and find answers everwhere.
