How many decades have I known that cheese is my enemy???
I went without it for months, and it was easy...but, since I have been feeling better... .. .
And, dh and I have pasta, say, every couple of weeks or so...with some kind of tomato, or maybe alfredo sauce. Sometimes we even have homemade (from scratch) macaroni and cheese...white sauce, dijon mustard and all.
Lately, I have been allowing a few slices of cheddar cheese, here and there.
Yes, I do need to look at every possible cause of 'trouble' (as in my lost post) but I darn well had better lay off the cheese! Maybe even all milk. Maybe even the Bio-K.
Someone wrote that cheese is mould, solid mould...that it only goes blue/furry when the mould is reproducing itself.
That's where I must start, I think...once again.
Yes, I will look at all of these other things...testing and experimenting.
The other day I said aloud that I would change everything in my life (except the guy I sleep with), if necessary to renew my well-being.
I wonder about all the folks who are 'overweight', and baffled by all the 'alternatives' out there. This is just too darn hard to figure out by oneself!
Maybe we need massive polls...
...You overweight by 50 or more
pounds (3 to 4 stone, if I have it right)?
...You eat cheese?
...How about pasta?
...How about pasta WITH cheese?
...And now, how about bromine? And, seaweed?
...What is your salt?
...You ever constipated?
And so on...
I, for one, don't think 'fat' is OUR fault. Or happy homes for 'critters'.
