how did you determine your Iodine dosage? Did you do the supervised loading test through a doctor or figure it out on your own? I'd like to try supplementing with it, but I'm hoping to avoid the expense and trouble of going to a doctor for it. My only MD was actually David Brownstein, who apparently has done talks and written books on the subject, but it's been quite a few years since I've seen hin and I doubt I could get back in, he's wildly popular.
